Castro-Arabejo went by the drag character Jiggly Caliente, which means “hot” in Spanish. On November 13, 2011, it was revealed that she would be one of thirteen competitors in the fourth season of RuPaul’s Drag Race. She finished ninth overall after losing to Willam in a lip-sync competition. In the fifth season’s finale, Jiggly Caliente appeared in an archive video. She asked Bianca Del Rio a viewer question in the sixth season finale.
Jiggly Caliente appears outside of Drag Race during the start of the 2012 NewNowNext awards. She portrayed a shop owner in the Broad City season two finale in 2015, which marked the beginning of her acting career. She participated in Miley Cyrus’s 2015 VMA performance alongside thirty other drag queens. She appeared in the Search Party pilot in 2016. She appeared in a Playing House season finale in 2017 alongside fellow Drag Race alumni Bob The Drag Queen, Katya, and Detox.
