Diggs played football for coach Randy Edsall’s Maryland Terrapins from 2012 to 2014 after accepting an athletic scholarship to the University of Maryland in College Park.
Diggs missed just one game as a true freshman in 2012 because of an ankle ailment, playing in 11 of Maryland’s 12 games at wide receiver and on special teams.
