In order to participate in the Blue Devils’ summer practices, Flagg enrolled at Duke University in June 2024. On November 4, 2024, he made his college basketball debut against Maine in Duke’s season opener. The team won 96–62 thanks to his 18 points, seven rebounds, five assists, and three steals.
