Career
Nedeljkovic grew up in Cleveland, where he played for the Cleveland Barons bantam AAA club, which competed in the 2009 Quebec International Peewee Hockey Tournament.
Nedeljkovic began his major junior career in 2012 with the Plymouth Whalers of the Ontario Hockey League (OHL), where he won the F. W. Dinty Moore Trophy with a goals against average of 2.28 and was chosen to the 2012-13 OHL First All-Rookie Team.
The next season, Nedeljkovic was chosen to participate in the CCM/USA Hockey All-American Prospects Game and the 2014 CHL/NHL Top Prospects Game.
On March 27, 2015, after finishing the 2014-15 season with the Whalers, Nedeljkovic signed a three-year, entry-level contract with the Carolina Hurricanes. He was sent to the Florida Everblades, an ECHL affiliate, and made his professional debut in the last regular season games.
In November 2015, the Flint Firebirds transferred Nedeljkovic and fellow Hurricanes draft pick Josh Wesley to the Niagara IceDogs in exchange for goaltender Brent Moran during his last junior season, the 2015-16 season.
On December 30, 2016, while playing for the Florida Everblades, Nedeljkovic became the 12th ECHL goaltender to score.[9] On January 17, 2017, Nedeljkovic made his NHL debut, replacing starter Cam Ward against the Columbus Blue Jackets.
